InventoryTransactionImport cannot bulk import data

No data is processed after batch uploading the InventoryTransactionImport csv file through Load Interface File for Import - Create Inventory Transactions, then Manage Inventory Transactions.

If one inventory transaction is uploaded through the template, it will be processed, but not processed if batch uploading 38 transaction lines.
