Need help in deciding Position Type. Shared or Pooled
Hi Experts,
We are currently using Position Managment and used Single Incumbent option for all positions till date. Now, we want multiple employees to share a single position and share FTE
Ex:
Employee 1: 1 FTE
Employee 2: 1 FTE
Employee 3: 0.4 FTE
Employee 4: 0.6 FTE
So a single position to be shared between 4 employees with different FTE's. What is the best approach for this requirement?
- Do we used Shared or Pooled?
2. Also, where do I make the changes to show different FTE's for each of the employee transferred to this position?
We have Position Synchronization defined at Enterprise level
