We can't download the tax rate Spreadsheet from "Manage Tax Rates and Tax Recovery Rates".

We try to download the file, the system raises a process but the process launched "Download Tax Configuration to a Spreadsheet"

goes in status "Retrying" and after a few minutes goes in error. In the log we can see the following error:
