User account email not getting updated to work email

Summary:

Hi All,

We are facing a weird issue, we are updating the email address manually in user account but the same is not being updated in employee's work email address.

All the LDAP processes are schedule every hour.

I ran the "Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP" as well - they all are running successfully but still no luck in updating the work email address.

we are facing this issue recently from one week. Anyone has any idea what else should I check.
