Deleted Enrolments

Summary:

We have accidentially deleted and purged some course enrollments. When we try to re-enrol the staff back on, they don't appear. We have then tried with a data loader and it says "Already a LearningRecord with ACTIVE status exists with a differnt LearningRecordNumber".

Is there anyway to either recover the assignment or how do we re-enrol them back on?
