Summary:

When business process change transactions are submitted with missing or incorrect information or for validation oracle displays the standard oracle
error or warning messages in the UI to the end user.

Ther requirement is to send or retrieve transaction details (Transaction process name , warning & Error) , Initiator and worker details for standard warnings / error messages in the HCM Cloud UI.

Is there any standard process from oracle available to retrieve warning/error messages or any documentation around it and the table names where these log messages are stored.
