Redwood: Demographic Info not displayed

Hi all,

We have activated redwood and are checking that all our custom roles can access the redwood pages. We are having an issue loading demographic information on the personal details page. When we enter the quick action, the demographic information section loads forever without ever showing any information.

Can anyone tell me if this is a role or privilege issue?
