We have a requirement that employees enter their payment method within a week of them joining our company. We are aware that there are seeded alert templates to automatically send personalized emails to employees notifying them that their personal payment method is created, updated or deleted.

But we want to trigger an alert if employees have not created their personal payment method within the first week of them joining. Any ideas how we could achieve this?
