Isolate Current Working from Unplanned Amounts coming through as Planned

I have a scenario where my user only has a Current working version of the budget saved with values. At the same time, the project is Active and collecting actuals, Oracle is storing the actuals and planned amounts per how we are configured.

When I query the table that has the planning details, i am getting both the current working version values plus the planned amounts from the task table values.

Is there a way for me to isolate the 2 distinct data points?
