Trigger OIC Integration when the file is loaded into UCM

Summary:

Is there a way to start OIC integration when a file gets uploaded into UCM (configured for Oracle Cloud SCM)? I’ve noticed that there are no business events available in the Oracle ERP Adapter in OIC for us to subscribe to. Are there any other strategies we could consider to make this work?
