Tax classification code is not appearing in Expense template

Summary:

Hi

We have defined some tax rates defined for AP and at the rate level we have enabled expenses.

These tax rate codes work as expected in AP and are also visible in lookups ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS and ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS.

We are still not able to see these tax rates while defining expense templates.
