Base line not happening properly in HCM Extract.

How to check the Employees in Baseline run. do we have any SQL to check.

We have an existing extract and made the changes at attribute mapping.

Now ,

I have baselined the extract with Effective date as 20/09/2024 and ran changes only with effective date 07/10/2024 and Changes Only = Changed attributes.

Two EE's (Worker Type:Pending worker) are having Effective Start date as Effective Start Date 24/09/2024 are expected in changes only run and are missing.

Note: I am able to see the Employees when i ran the extract with All Attributes and effective date 07/10/2024

UE: PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_RANGE_UE

Can anyone help me on this issue.
