For company security reason, I’m trying to set up an email notification in OCI that triggers whenever the user "OCI Administrator" logs into the system. The target is for a specific IT manager to receive an email alert whenever this login occurs. Does anyone have a step-by-step guide or best practices for configuring this kind of notification in OCI?

I've already created the Topic and Subscription in Developer Services>Application Integration of the intended receipient, but i unable to find a seeded/available Rule in Observability & Management>Event services which fits to this requirement
