Enable digital learning Prerequisite

Summary:

Is there a way to export all the data to be deleted as the prerequisite to enable digital learning? Because we are thinking to export them first before deleting them. And import them to the system after enabling Digital Learning.

List of prerequisites:

· Delete all active learning assignments and recommendations on learning journeys.

· Delete or update self-service videos and learning journeys that are private and have named viewers.

· Delete all self-service videos and learning journeys in any of these statuses: Draft, Rejected, Pending active.

Also, As of now, Digital Learning is not available to all, and we need to request it to enable in the environment. But it will be available to all in 24D. When this is available to all, do we still need to perform the prerequisites, or it will be automatically enabled/available in the environment?
