NRCS Suppression settings for Departments with no Data

Hi All,

We have a NRCS report using a PBCS application as Data source. We need to suppress the full report if any department has No Data.

We have tried different combinations of suppression settings: Grid general, column, rows, conditional suppression settings. (See the table below)

But we are not getting the required results. Sometimes few columns are being suppressed, sometimes rows or departments with No data not being suppressed.

Can anyone suggest us how to proceed to get the required results?
