Employment Contract page only view access

Summary:

Hi,

There is a requirement for a specific role to have view only access to the page of Employment Contracts but when we add the role of "View Worker Contract" the quick action does't appear in the system, while when adding the "Manage Worker Contracts" finally appears.

Any ideas on how we can achieve to have "Employment Contracts' page visible but without edit?
