How to set a default value field on a redwood page?

edited Nov 1, 2024 9:36PM in Visual Builder Studio for HCM 6 comments

Summary:

Hi all,

we have activated redwood and we would like to set the default value "Resignation" in the termination action id field.

We followed the oracle documentation Set a Default Value for a Field (oracle.com) and inserted this rule in VBS

[[ $componentContext.Action.$value(RESIGNATION) ]]

but when we go to preview, another value appear.

Before trying to set Resignation as default value, we have cleared the set value field.

Can someone help us?
