Auto fetch details from saved document records
Hi Team,
We need to automatically fetch field details from the existing document records page.
For example, we have a DOR called 'Clinical Scholarship Request', which contains a few DFFs such as the Request Number, Program Name, Study Start Date, and Study End Date. Once these details are entered, DOR will be submitted and preserved on the employees' DOR page.
After the end date, to extend the scholarship, we have another DOR named 'Clinical Scholarship Request - Extension', which includes the same fields as above.
The need is that, in this extension DOR, the Request Number should be visible in the dropdown from the previous saved clinical scholarship request DOR. For example, if the request number is 12345 in the previous DOR, it should appear in the extension DOR.
