PublicReportService - generateReport failed

We have a report in this path: /Custom/Customer Relationship Management/Data Warehouse/Res/Informes_Parametros/SpaceConfigurationDS_Analisis.xdo

We reviewed the permissions and access to BI with some users and all of them get the following error when the query is made through Postman or Soap UI: PublicReportService::generateReport failed: user: jmon@bds.mx does not have permission to run the report: /Custom/Customer Relationship Management/Data Warehouse/Res/Reports_Parameters/SpaceConfigurationDS_Analisis.xdo

The Content-type is application/soap+xml and the authentication has the correct credentials.

Users have the correct roles to view reports.

The default format is XML.
