Significant latency when deleting objects in EDMCS on 24.10?

We're experiencing significant latency when deleting objects in EDMCS 24.10. Specifically, when deleting requests, request items, and validations, it's taken up to 2 minutes for the screen to refresh. Additionally, when clicking save after the deletion an error is frequently encountered stating that "The object was not found. It may have been deleted by another user."

Is anyone else experiencing this?
