Catalog Resources and Many other Sections are not visible in Learning Admin page

Hi Team,

I was Implementing Learning in Oracle Fusion and i followed the Oracle Docs below is the shared Doc link

After Assigning Learning specialist data role and Job role to Employee (An Active employee) . But i am unable to see the Catalog Management, Catalog Resources sections under.. My Client Group > Learning ..

Need help on this as we have already Checked all the configuration related points.
