Integration getting failed for Planned Shipment Update to OTM

we have a created an Integration to send Planned shipment Update to OTM.

it is failing with error:

'An Undefined Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later.'

transmission number coming in response is '-1'.

below is the wsdl we are using:

please let me know if there is any issue with the payload and please share the correct sample payload.
