How can we verify if a Worker is purged after the Remove Person Information process?

edited Oct 18, 2024 10:12AM in HCM Data Loader (HDL) 1 comment

Summary:

How can we verify if a Worker is actually purged after running the Remove Person Information process? Is there a report you can share?

We'd like to check what attributes will NOT be deleted during a Worker purge. Does purge include removal or the whole entire worker data such as person_id and/or person_number?

For example, we'd like to purge all the Worker attributes, can they still be searched in backend tables? What is the standard process?

Appreciate all the information and documentation you'll provide. I don't see any of these included in this document: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/24a/fahdl/removing-person-information-explained.html#How-Person-Removal-Policies-Work

Howdy, Stranger!
