Unable to customize the "Overall Decision" section in the Observation Checklists

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are implementing the Observation Checklists concept in the system. The customer is asking to remove/hide the "Overall Decision" section as per requirement changes. If it is impossible to hide/delete the Overall Decision section, at least adding a new label of Not Applicable along with the Yes/No is also helpful for our requirement.

Can anyone please help me with this requirement as soon as possible?
