How to retain Connector credentials during importing expx

Summary:

While migrating process applications from one environment to another, the only available option is to export the expx file from source environment and import it into target environment. As the target environment is supposed to use different connector credentials, we need to setup the new credentials in target environment post import. But during the lifecycle of the OPA application, there will be a need to make code changes and remigrate. How do we retain the connector credentials during re-import of the expx file?
