Onboarding checklist closure upon termination

Currently we are having an issue with onboarding checklists for rehired workers.

The system does not automatically remove the previously allocated checklist so rehired employees are receiving no onboarding tasks.

This is impacting the new hire experience, as well as the HR Compliance, HRIS, and Benefits departments.

Can we look into "force closing" an onboarding checklist upon termination for a worker?
