Deleting the checklist automatically which triggered based on Resignation action

Hi Team,

We have a Off-boarding checklist which triggers automatically based on the action resignation/ Termination, Here we have a requirement where it should be deleted automatically once the associate is retained but as of now the system is not deleting the checklist once the associate is retained using the reverse termination action.

Kindly let us now if anyone has the similar requirement and had the workflow.
