Annual working ratio is showing as zero on assignment history

We are able to see 'Annual Working Ratio' attribute on assignment history page even though we did not update any such field on employee's assignment.

Upon clicking on view all attributes, this changed attribute shows '0'. Can anyone explain why this is getting appeared ?
