How to Export Forecast from Demand Management to Supply Planning

Summary:

I am using Demand Management to generate forecast, how can I export this forecast data to "Supply Planning"?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have "Supply Planning" already implemented and it is currently being used in PRODUCTION. Demand Management implementation is in POC stage.

Is it possible to give forecast data generated in Demand Management work area as an input to "Supply Plan" work area or do I have to use "Demand And Supply Planning" only in this case? Please advise.
