Shared members not showing the same value as Original members

Summary:

We use Oracle for our Financial Reporting.

We have Shared Account members that are rolling up in an alternate Account hierarchy.

In the past 5 years Shared Accounts showed the same $ value as the Account in the original Account

So : GL :11111 in the Net Income Hierarchy Showed $1 then if I added GL:11111 in an alternate account hierarchy it is also showed $1.

Starting October 2024 We are facing an issue that the shared members are not showing $1 but showing ZERO

Even after Database refresh.

We put in a ticket with Oracle support but support told us "General Guidance query related to [Product] " and "best addressed on Oracles' online forum"
