Inquiry About Modifying Commercial Stage After Technical Evaluation in Oracle Fusion Sourcing

I am currently working with Oracle Fusion Sourcing and have encountered a situation where I need to upload a revised commercial proposal that includes a discount. However, the technical evaluation stage has already been completed, and I understand that modifications may not be possible at this point.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is there a way to reopen the commercial stage or submit a revised proposal at this stage? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
