Under Hire an Employee, Personal Details - National Identifier PAN and Aadhaar need to be mandatory

Hi Team,

The National Identifier section on the Hire an Employee page in Redwood UI currently allows users to proceed without entering either Aadhar or PAN details. We need to implement validation that requires both Aadhar and PAN to be filled out before proceeding. I have attempted to use VBCS Validation, but it hasn’t worked as expected? By default, it is throwing error in National Identifier Type Could someone please assist me in achieving this?
