Change in BU assignment to Ledger

We have a requirement from out client that they want to change the calendar of the ledger from Jan-Dec to Apr-Mar. They are currently have 15 BUs assigned to this ledger and all have subledger enabled.

Please let us know if there is any way we can change the Business unit assignment to the new Ledger created with Apr-Mar calendar.

Please let us know all the possible options.
