Quick Actions on home page

Hi all,

I have heard that by default, the Quick Actions that the user uses most often are shown at the top of the list on the home page (frequently used quick actions). Is that correct? And if so, how often over what period of time do you have to use a transaction so that it is displayed directly (without having to click on Show more)? I know that you can also set this via the structure, which Quick Actions should be shown there in the list (without having to click on Show more), but I wanted to ask whether they are
