need to change the Legal Entity in Cost Org definition

Summary:

Accidentally I've picked a wrong Legal Entity while defining a Cost Org. Now I need to change the LE for that Cost Org. I tried Export/Import through View→Actions, but it didn't work. All the other setups were not done yet. Cost Org Relationship hasn't been done yet. For that reason No transactions exist at all.

Is there a way to delete the complete record or update the LE on that particular Cost Org Definition?

Any advice is much appreciated.
