Length of service formula does not calculate correct results

Summary:

Hi,

We are facing an issue with our current timestampdiff calculation for determining the length of service in years for our employees based on continuous service date (column K). While the calculation is providing us with results, there are instances where years are rounded up prematurely (column L) before the actual continuous service date has been reached.

I have attached a screen print of an example and the calculation for you to look over and provide a solution.
