Clarification needed on specific .netframework version and ADFDI

in Fusion Applications Administration 4 comments

We are currently using ADF Desktop Integration (version 5.1.2.25306) in conjunction with 24C-ERP, operating on the .NET Framework (version 4.8.04084)
Planning to upgrade ADFDI to 5.2.2.27711. Is it mandatory to have .netframework on 4.8.1 ? Or the setup will work as it is with currently installed .netframework version (4.8.0)
