Itinerary automation process

Hi,

We need to configure an automation process that triggers when an itinerary is created in order to add the new itinerary to itinerary profile.
But we have noticed there is no events related with itineraries.

Can you please confirm if there is any alternative to exectute a process that triggers when an itineary is created?
