Email is not mapped for Pending worker user login
Email is not mapped for Pending worker user login
Once Pending worker is created from Add pending worker or from ORC -
- In the User account section it is shown as user is created and mapped to Pending worker after LDAP process.
- But, In Security console for the same person user account is available without email, after submission or creation of pending worker from ORC.
- In User categories - the option is selected as 'Email', but the username account created was firstname.lastname
- In manage Users the same account is not visible.
- Raising this issue because, the users account details are to be integrated to Azure, but in the instance User account and Pending worker records are not mapped. unable to get the correct mapping and integrating to Azure through OIC.
