How to reset MFA on your OCI AlwaysFree account (see attached instructions)
If you have an OCI AlwaysFree-only account and you lost your MFA token - you can recover it by following the attached instructions. This is the only way to get it done, as AlwaysFree-only accounts are not eligible for regular Oracle Support.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Support Chat agent will ask you a series of questions to validate your identity. If you are able to answer the questions – they will reset the MFA token for you. If not – they will not be able to help and your access will not be restored.
