Delegate Position in case of Position Synchronization
Summary:
Just want to understand behavior of delegate position if incumbent occupying the position (Position A) resign and position becomes vacant.
Scenario - HR updated the position A with delegate position (Position B) which has updated the line manager (As per position synchronization), now this new delegated position will become parent position and all the reportees of position A will report to position B. This is working as expected.
Question is on second level line manager as we have some approvals which goes for 2 levels of approval hierarchy, so in such cases who will be second level line manager whether parent position of B or parent position of A.
