Position HSDL Does Not Trigger Expected Processes Based on User

Summary:

We have a use case where we need to disable the Flatten HCM Position Hierarchy process from trigger post Position HSDLs.

We added the Initiate Business Object Post processing template parameter with a 'No' value to the in scope Position templates to achieve this.

When certain users with the appropriate roles to complete loads, their loads would not trigger all the expected processes and only triggers one Impost and Load Data process. This includes not including processes for Update Oracle Search Indexes with HCM Data Loader Changes , Cancel Failing Delegate HCM Data Loader Stage, and Import and Load Data,
