Summary:

HCM extract file downloaded from UCM, size exceeded 1Gb and it is failing while downloading from SOAP API.

Eventually we need to upload the file to ObjectStorage for loading into database tables.

We are planning to zip the file and then transfer into OIC and to Object storage bucket and then unzip the file.

Please let me know if we have any API that unzip the file from ObjectStorage bucket.
