learning assignment order by last name

Hi all,

We have the case that for some users the learners in the learning assignments are sorted by first name and for some by last name. However, we cannot find a setting where this can be defined individually, as the first and last names appear together in the field "name". Does anyone also have this case? how can you set that the sorting is done alphabetically by surname?
