Trying to load department using HDL. Error "Attempt to access dead view row of persistent id 43"

Hi All,

I am trying to load department Workstructure data using HDL files. Getting an error on Metadata OrgUnitClassification "An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-27102: Attempt to access dead view row of persistent id 43."

Here are metadata lines I am using:

METADATA|Organization|EffectiveStartDate|Name|ClassificationName|ClassificationCode|FLEX:PER_ORGANIZATION_UNIT_DFF|faculty(PER_ORGANIZATION_UNIT_DFF=Global Data Elements)|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId

METADATA|OrgUnitClassification|EffectiveEndDate|EffectiveStartDate|OrganizationName|SetCode|Status|ClassificationCode|ClassificationName|CategoryCode
Please let me know how to resolve this.
