Summary:

Has anyone done a Timecard Import from UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) to Oracle HCM/Payroll and how did you go about handling processing of the data? We are currently 25,000 Team Members and when building the HDL File we query Oracle for certain data to build the HDL such as Hire Date or Assignment related information. It takes us currently about 3.5 hours from OIC to build an HDL file to load into Oracle. We thought about adding more data to UKG Pro, but then all I am doing is adding processing time on that application so I'm
