How to prioritize EPM ARCS data management dataloads

Hi,

Is there a way to prioritize data management data load rules when they run parallelly?

Ex: Scheduler triggers loads for every 30 mints and if somebody triggers manually then would want second job should start processing only after the first scheduler triggered job completed.
