How to create a work order for a value added service?

Scenario:
As a traditional manufacturer we perform outside processing for our customers. In this scenario, we perform the following:

1. Receive customer owned materials
2. Work Order Management - Perform valued added services to our customer's products
3. Send the product back to the customer
4. Invoice the customer for the value-added service.

Essentially, we operate as an outside processor. We utilize labor and chemical materials to complete the value added service. I am looking to utilize a work order for scheduling, shop floor tracking and cost capture for labor, overhead and materials. These value added services flow in line with our products that we manufacture and sell. I am looking to utilize Fusion's Work Order Management and Cost Accounting features to manage the shop floor operations and costing processes.
