How can I enforce Segment1 to be independent in Asset Locations

Hello,

I appreciate the value set values are independent and we cannot use the same value twice.

However, we can use the same segment1 location as part of the Asset Locations, see below where the only change is to the zip code.

Is there a way we can force segment1 to only be allowed for use once?

I know Oracle errors if we try to use the exact same set of location segments but what about in the case where we only want segment1 to be used once
