Expiration Date Question
Summary: Question on Expiration date on OTBI and UI
We have created an OTBI report (screenshot below) and would like to understand where the expiration date is being pulled from. We are unable to identify how this expiration date is calculated through the UI.
I've also attached a screenshot from the "Edit Assignment" screen, where the expiration is configured to occur two years after completion. In this case, the course "Manual Handling" was completed by the employee on 04-04-2024, and our expectation is that the expiration date should be 04-04-2026. However, the report shows the expiration date as 04-05-2024, and we are unsure how this date is being calculated.
